Well - it seems that driver does not work properly either in Windows v1809. Matter of fact - I do not see ANY HP drivers now in the Driver Repository.
Now I am installing a clean version of Windows 10 v1809 and inexplicably - the HP LaserJet P1505n Class Driver is suddenly nowhere to be found. Then in Windows 10 v1709 (which we upgraded to in Dec 2017) - the driver was located in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository in a folder called In Windthis driver was located in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository in a folder called: This driver was AWESOME and would allow for basic printing and was ultra rock solid with our now 12 year old printer.

At that time and that version - I could add our P1505n to a new workstation install and Windows 10 would instantly install a driver called HP LaserJet P1505n Class Driver - which would look like this: We moved to Windows 10 when version 1607 was released in the summer of 2016.
